Terms of Service
Effective date: 5 August 2026
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Frontend Forever, including the website at https://frontendforever.com, its API, the Android application, and related services (together, the “Service”). Frontend Forever is operated from Tamil Nadu, India. Questions about these Terms can be sent to admin@frontendforever.com.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, accessing the Service, or using any paid feature, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and DMCA Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be legally able to enter a contract where you live. If you are below the age at which you can consent to online services in your jurisdiction, use the Service only with a parent or legal guardian’s permission and involvement.
2. The Service
Frontend Forever is a community for creating, publishing, discovering and discussing front-end elements and blog content. Features may include user profiles, HTML/CSS/JavaScript and React/Tailwind submissions, live previews, public search and feeds, favorites, comments, follows, collections, notifications, leaderboards, badges, reputation, moderation, data export, MCP/API access, email updates and paid plans. Features can change as the Service is maintained, but we will not materially reduce a paid entitlement without a reasonable notice where required by law.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for the accuracy of information supplied for your account and for keeping credentials, one-time codes, recovery codes, API keys and devices secure. Do not share an account or use another person’s credentials. Tell us promptly at admin@frontendforever.com if you believe an account or token was used without permission. We may require email verification, rate-limit requests, temporarily lock suspicious sign-ins, or require additional authentication to protect the Service.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit, including code, images, text, profile information, comments and blog posts. You grant Frontend Forever a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute through the Service, make backups of, and promote that content for operating and improving the Service. This licence ends for content when it is removed, except for reasonable backups, moderation records, legal records, or copies retained by other users who accessed public content.
Content marked or treated as published and public may be indexed, shown in feeds, search, profiles, leaderboards, previews and API responses. Private submissions are shown only to the account and authorised service flows intended for the selected plan; you should not submit confidential material unless the applicable plan and your own risk assessment support it.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the content and to grant this licence. Do not upload secrets, credentials, malware, unlawful material, or material that infringes another person’s rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- break the law, violate another person’s rights, or evade a restriction on your account;
- upload malware, malicious scripts, deceptive redirects, credentials, or content designed to attack a device or service;
- scrape, crawl, probe, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass rate limits or access controls except through documented or explicitly authorised interfaces;
- impersonate a person or organisation, manipulate engagement, create fraudulent accounts, or use self-favorites to inflate reputation;
- harass, threaten, sexually exploit, dox, discriminate against, or target another person;
- use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages or to distribute spam; or
- submit a copyright, trademark, privacy or abuse report that you know is materially false.
We may remove or restrict content, suspend features, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create risk, or are subject to a valid legal request. We will consider the context and applicable law when reviewing reports.
6. Reputation and community features
Reputation is a derived community score, not money, a guarantee of reach, or a statement about a person’s character. The current server calculation is 100 points for each published, public, non-deleted element and 10 points for each favorite received from another user. A creator’s own favorite does not count. Private, draft, rejected or deleted elements and self-favorites do not count. We may recalculate reputation after moderation, data correction, or a change to the scoring rules. Leaderboard rank is based on the calculated score and the selected period.
Favorites, follows, comments, badges and notifications are community features. They may be removed or recalculated where activity is abusive, fraudulent, duplicated, or associated with a removed account.
7. Paid plans and billing
The Service has a Free plan and may offer Starter and Super plans. Plan names, limits and prices are shown at checkout and can change for future billing periods. The current application catalogue lists monthly and annual amounts in the billing currency returned by the checkout or store, and web invoices are currently generated with USD as their stored currency. A plan is activated only after the relevant payment provider or Google Play purchase is verified by the server.
Web checkout may use a configured provider such as Stripe, Razorpay or Dodo Payments. Android subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing. The provider’s payment, privacy, refund and subscription terms also apply to the transaction. We do not receive or store full payment-card numbers in the application database.
Unless a checkout page or applicable law says otherwise, cancelling a subscription stops the next renewal and leaves the plan active until the end of the paid term. Refunds, chargebacks and prorated credits are handled by the payment provider and applicable law; contact the provider shown on your receipt or email admin@frontendforever.com for help locating an order. We may suspend premium access when a payment is reversed, expires, is refunded, or cannot be verified.
Invoices identify the customer account, plan, gateway, transaction reference, amount, date and status. The current invoice issuer address is Frontend Forever, Tamil Nadu, India. No GSTIN, street address or other registration detail is represented until it is supplied and configured.
8. Intellectual property and reports
Frontend Forever’s software, branding, layout and original service materials are owned by Frontend Forever or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred. Copyright owners may report an alleged infringement under the DMCA Policy. Other rights or safety concerns can be reported through the in-product reporting flow or to admin@frontendforever.com.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties such as hosting and databases, Firebase authentication/notifications/analytics, email providers, payment gateways, Google Play, and optional MCP or API clients. Their availability, terms and privacy practices may apply to the parts of the Service they provide. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service or content.
10. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for a particular purpose. Code and user content are shared for informational and development purposes; review and test them before production use. You are responsible for backups of content you need to keep.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Frontend Forever and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections. Any limitation that applies under the law governing a particular claim will apply only to the maximum extent permitted there.
12. Suspension, termination and account deactivation
You may stop using the Service at any time. You can request account deletion from the account settings or by contacting us. The current endpoint deactivates the account and removes it from normal public access; it does not promise immediate physical deletion of invoices, security logs, abuse records, backups, or content required for another user’s interactions. We may retain such information where needed for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or legitimate operational purposes.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without preventing a consumer from relying on mandatory protections in their place of residence. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Tamil Nadu, India will have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer or statutory forums. Contact admin@frontendforever.com for support, legal notices or questions about these Terms.
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
