DMCA and Copyright Policy

Effective date: 5 August 2026

Frontend Forever, operated from Tamil Nadu, India, respects copyright and responds to valid notices concerning content hosted through the Service. Send copyright notices and counter-notices to admin@frontendforever.com. This policy applies to user-submitted elements, code, images, blog posts, comments and other material.

1. Copyright notice requirements

A notice should include:

  1. the physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorised agent;
  2. identification of the copyrighted work, or a representative list if several works are involved;
  3. identification of the material claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to locate it, such as a URL or element/post identifier;
  4. your name, address, telephone number and email address;
  5. a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; and
  6. a statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act for the owner.

2. Review and action

We may ask for clarification or evidence, forward an appropriately limited notice to the account holder, restrict access to the reported material, or remove it while reviewing the dispute. We may also suspend repeat infringers or accounts used to distribute unlawful or malicious content. A notice does not guarantee removal, and we may restore material when a claim is withdrawn, rejected, or resolved in the uploader’s favour.

3. Counter-notice

If material was removed by mistake or misidentification, the uploader may send a counter-notice identifying the removed material and its former location, providing contact information and consent to the applicable legal process, and stating under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification. We may forward a valid counter-notice to the claimant and restore the material when permitted by law and when the claimant does not provide timely legal action.

4. Other reports

Privacy, impersonation, trademark, safety, harassment, malware and other abuse reports should use the in-product reporting flow or email admin@frontendforever.com. Include the relevant URL or identifier, a clear explanation, and evidence where safe to provide. Do not submit knowingly false or abusive reports.

This policy does not replace legal advice or limit rights and remedies that cannot be limited by law. We may update it by publishing a revised version with a new effective date.
