Frontend Forever respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our service.

If you believe that content on Frontend Forever infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated copyright agent at:

Your DMCA notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including its URL on Frontend Forever.
4. Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to the same address above. Counter-notifications must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its former URL.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court.

Frontend Forever reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyright. Repeat infringer determinations will be made at our sole discretion.
